Born in Shipley West Yorkshire, trained in engineering and art, Paul moved to London to pursue his career in art. After various travels including a period living and showing art in France he returned to London and found a new interest in yoga which ran parallel to his art.

Paul went on to teach at many institutions in London ;Tate Modern, The Imperial War Museum and South Bank University amongst them.

Paul now teaches yoga at The Garden Studio in Bridport, Dorset.
